I did saw the bottom off Lyn I read online not to add the peel of citrus fruit because its too acid. Is this true because I've been adding orange peel
Anything that has grown can go in, you are unlikely as a small household, to put too much of any one thing in there.
chop everything as small as you can, the smaller the bits, the quicker the compost.
