Yellowing passiflora
hi all, I've got a passiflora that's been going like the clappers - however in the last 6 weeks or so it's started suffering from yellowing leaves towards the center
its showing some some signs of crinkly leaves, and is dropping the occasional yellow leaf. But continues to grow and flower at the outer edges at a rate of knots!
wondering if there is anything I can do? I added a handful of top rose to the top of the soil, scratched in. It's mulched over with horticultural fabric and a layer of slate clippings at the mo, and is climbing up a NW facing garden fence at the back of the house. Soil is clay but has seen some improvement.
Any suggestions? I'd hate to loose it.

Thanks titles... Too wet? Where it's located isn't too bad for rain... If anything I wonder if it dried out a bit too much in July as we are in the SE and it was rather hot! It gets the sun for a good part of the day, but perhaps the stone mulch is keeping the temps down too much. Will try improving the soil around it gently once it shuts down for winter
still growing like the clappers and flowering across the new growth though!
