Anyone ID this plant please?
It looks a bit phlox-like in shape - tall with clusters of flowers near the top that are very pale pink, almost white (flowering now). I assume it's a weed but as I have loads growing together along one part of the hedge I left them to flower to try and work out what they are. They are actually lighting up a particularly dull corner of the garden so I have left them for now...

A weed is just a plant growing in the wrong place
IMO that's a nice one for wildflower meadow style planting or informal borders
Don't know what it is Humblebee, but I think its lovely. As Northernlass says would look lovely amongst wild flowers.
Lovely plant, but in my garden very invasive!
I agree, Kleipieper, I've been trying to get rid of it for the last 15 years, comes up everywhere!
Spreads under the fence from next door!
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Thanks all of you for the feedback - well now I know what my mystery plant is I think I'll leave it for now as I like the flowers, but probably remove it completely once done as it's sitting up against a formal hedge and it does have that laid back wildflower vibe. It did make me realise though that planting some pale or white flowers in that location really lifts that corner of the garden so I think it was trying to tell me something!
Good luck with removing it completely HumbleBee. I'm still trying to do just that
