Euonymus with kidney spot ladybird
in Talkback
I believe I have a kidney spot ladybird infesting my euonymus bush and killing it - can anyone suggest the best way to eradicate this problem? Should I spray it or prune back the dead foliage and hope it regrows?

Ladybirds don't kill plants - they eat the harmful insects - PLEASE don't spray it.
Kidney spot ladybirds eat scale insects - have a look and see if your euonymus is suffering from a an infestation of scale insects and if so, be thankful that you have kidney spot ladybirds
