Foxglove

hi our foxglove has almost finished flowering what should I do with it now Many thanks Larry

    If you cut down the flower spike, you might well get a couple of smaller ones developing. 

    Or leave it to set seed if you'd like to grow more.

    I just leave the seed to develop and ripen, and then when the pods are beginning to open I cut the stem off and swish it around the garden where I want more foxgloves.  Then when the seedlings appear I thin them out and transplant some and then leave them to it.  Simple image

  • Sounds good perhaps I'll get my wife involved and can skip together, oh while we are on can you tell me what this mysterious plant is ,it's just started to flower in one of our pots,
