Not sure what to do

Found my Tree Mallow  and Dwarf Curry Plant both bent over and in a dangerous position, propped them up with canes, it doesn't seem to have had any effect, the Tree Mallow has been in for several years, the dwarf curry plant about three years. They are both in my wildlife garden, the same thing  has happened to my Angelica roughly in the same area.Any advice would be much appreciated.

Tree mallow and curry plant both flower on new wood - they need pruning in the spring.  I would cut each branch back to within 3 shoots from the base.  The curry plant I would give a good 'haircut' by shearing it down by two thirds.

Angelica is usually a biennial and only lives for 2 years, but usually self-seeds itself quite happily.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
