Trailing fuchsia plug plants

Hi, I'm new to all this, & have just had some trailing fuchsia plugs delivered. They are all only about 4 inches tall (above the roots) & I am not sure what I should do for them to start with.  I have 6 of each and they are all trailing to put into easy fill baskets. As it is already August, do I just put them in 10cm pots, or straight into the baskets? If so, how many to each basket and also what soil is best for them? Many thanks

Put them in baskets as it will be too late to transfer them later, just use multi purpose compost.I would put 4 in a 12inch basket.
