cutting grass while its snowing

I wouldn't advise it. I understood that its not actively growing while its very cold

How could you do that? or why would you want too?
I couldnt see my grass when it was snowing.
Patience! Grass should not be cut when the temperature is below 8C as it isn't growing.
It shouldn't even be walked on when frozen as this breaks the leaves and damages their ability to nourish the roots which are the negine of the plants.
Nor shjould it be walked on when waterlogged as this will compact the roots, drive air out of the soil and further weaken the roots and thus the plants and make drainage even worse than before.

But stuffing sticks through a shredder in a snow storm is perfectly acceptable.

no,not unless you want a messy lawn,leave well alone until its dried out and if you are doing electrically the combination of wet and electric don't mix.Its best to leave it to a dry day when the soil is dried out,tempting as it may be.
