Pants on fire Matt? Pansyface saw the link in your profile and so did I. So you've deleted it now
Deleting things is not up to us forum members, neither is calling you on your phone - it's up to the Moderators who are employed by the Gardenersworld.com - all we do is let them know when someone cheeky is blagging some free advertising.
What they do is up to them.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I'm reading how this is evolving with interest and maybe a little concern.
As many who have followed my various sweet pea threads will know, I almost invariably recommend growing Eagle Sweet Peas. I hope people understand, that this is because I know them to be of the finest quality, not that (although I know them personally) to promote their product.
David, you recommend Eagle sweet peas because in your experience they're very good if not the best there are. Eagle sweet peas is not your company and you don't benefit from recommending them.
I recommended the 'cold frame' that I've purchased and am pleased with. I have absolutely nothing to do with the company.
Daniel and the Mods have always been totally happy with members making relevant personal recommendations on the forum. That's why we have the Good Guys thread.
