    I live in Sussex,  have a few hardy fuchsias and they are ok over winter. Bought a couple of new ones  last year which started off as plug plants, they are doing really well too. But as others have said maybe if plants are big enough take some cuttings

    Thank you all for your advice. The pots that I planted them in are 6inch. They look so lovely and healthy.

    Have the roots filled the 6inch pots Jan?, glad they are looking healthy, if you see them wilting a bit, check for vine weevil, they just love fuchsias.

    Thank you Lyn for the tip regarding vine weevil. The roots haven't filled the pots.
