Flamingo tree leaf problems

I'm doing something wrong, what is it? The new leaves on my flamingo tree are curled up at the edges. It's outside in a pot, what can I do to help it recover?

    Is it thirsty?  It's a willow and they need lots and lots of water.

    Is the pot big enough?


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Thank you I will look into it, I water it with my hAnging baskets and have increased the pot size this year.

    If I can't get manure, what would you recommend that I can buy in the compost range
