I take pride in the toms but I hate eating them, only in cooking, but he insists on an eating variety. I has a fleshy plumb the year before last and it was brill for cooking and for sarnies. Just racking my brain for the name.
No never liked tomato at all!! Like to grow them but not eat them. Also hate the yellow marks on hand towels etc. always have to remind others to wash well after picking or touching plants!!
You've no idea how bdooly cold it is here Italophile - and with no signs or forecast of warmer weather for at least 30 days ............ no idea when they'll be able to go out into the little growhouses .............. at this rate I'll have to send them back to you as teenagers to laze around in the Italian sunshine for the summer
Off to work now so Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

If push comes to shove I will end up with mine staying in conservatory, but I don't want my lovely farrow and ball cream table to get yellow Tom stains so may mean a home move about!! I'm staying hopefully that all will be ok. Don't panick Captain Mannering!!!!

Well, I've got my tomatoes starting on the dining room windowsill - just wanted you all to know that
Lets hope we get some summer so they can go outside when they're big enough!
