Please could someone give me a name?
If you know the name of this plant, you won't be surprised to hear it all over the garden. If you have any advice on it's removal I'd be glad to hear it. My only method is picking it out bit by bit.
Thanks in advance
It seems I can't upload photos today. I have had to turn on Basic Editor (thanks Chicky) but this won't allow me to upload. Here's a description - small purpleish foliage, clover-like plant, yellow flower - makes a 'net or a mat of roots' under soil. If I have a name, I can check it on Google images. Monty Don mentioned it in an article and said to get rid of it (I was already doing that). Unfortunately I didn't make a note of the name

Dove? "purplish leaves"?
I've got it here, but can't for the life of me give it a name right now
been awake since 5 am and now struggling.
It is really everywhere - I'm not sure if it's so bad because the garden had been left for almost 10 years.
