First time delphinium........

The flowers on my delphinium are just opening. It is the most intense blue I've ever had in my garden, although admittedly I've led a sheltered life.
ive been taking the new camera for a test drive, so thought I'd share the pic with you. No other reason other than that really!

Enjoy them both. A camera is such a pleasure in a garden, and so useful, better in some ways than a notebook/diary!
I like delphiniums
I've a big area of garden planted "blue" and have loads of them in there. They are past their best now though and I've cut most of them down now.
