Succulent ID's please:)

I picked up a pot of succulents and cacti in a charity shop yesterday and would like to know if anyone can identify 2 of the plants for me?

They are very small!

    The first pic looks like a sempervivum (house leek), no idea on the other, sorry image

    Might be wrong though image

    I collect Sempervivums and I don't think it is one (I may be wrong too! image).

    I may have to let them all grow a bit to see what size they get to.

    Bother image They look like mine though image As I said, am probably wrong image Am not quite so great at the plant ids image
