Ajuga, plant and stand well back!
It also looks like a cherry tree to me - guessing the scale of the photo of the tree by the size of the black wheelie bin, it looks at least 7ft tall (where's the top?!) in a small 1ft pot! Could be a monster!
Its about 8ft tall and 4ft wide
