ANGELICA URSINA

Hi,

I am about buying seed of ANGELICA URSINA . But I read that it contain furocoumarins, which increase skin sensitivity to sunlight and may cause dermatitis.

is anybody of you have this plant in the garden?

Hi ,looked it up on Google  Nutcutlet  quoted Giant Hog-weed ,Angelica Ursina allso contains the same chemical that  Giant Hog weed has, that rang alarm bells big time with me, this plant in a warm dry summer secretes a sap that gives unprotected skin a sunburn effect which will continue for several years the burned skin must be protected against the sun with clothing their is no known antidote AVOID like the plaque ,
