Sambucus Nigra - "Eva" or "Gerda"

I've found it difficult to distinguish between these two varieties of Sambucus Nigra from the information I've so found online and wondered if anyone can shed some light on which of the two has a) more purple foliage and b) the pinker flowers!

    I know them as black beauty and black lace , I have the black lace with its pinky flowers.

    Sambucus Nigra Black Beauty or "Gerda" has bigger leaves. I have Black Lace or "Eva" which has finely cut leaves.

    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
