First aid for sweet peas

Lily PillyLily Pilly Posts: 3,845

I am so disappointed at the poor performance of my sweet peas due, I know, to the poor weather we are having up here.

i am wondering g if I bring all those in containers into the greenhouse they may flower

what do you think?

There's no harm in trying and if it works your greenhouse will smell lovely! The flowers won't be rain or wind damaged either and may last longer if there are no pollinators.

The ones in the containers were sold as pateo sweet peas. They are in deep containers and about 2 ft high. Plants look strong and healthy

others planted in the ground next to a south facing wall are the same, strong growth hardly any flower

will have to go and re arrange greenhouse as tomatoes rule at the moment. image
