Am I correct in thinking that french beans are treated the same as runner beans regarding crop rotation? Bearing in mind runners are regularly planted in the same location year after year, I was wondering if it applies to french beans as well. I hope so!

French beans are grown the same way as runners though it is a good idea to move them from year to year to prevent diseases.
hi i grow both beans together every year and have had great crops off them with a high volume from the runners, however move them to a new location every year.
i prepare ground ahead by using good compost from the bins and comfrey which i have in abundance on my plot
