Just found about 50 unplanted gladioli bulbs in the shed. Is it possible to plant them now? Or is it too late? Most look fine. Any ideas gratefully received.
If they're firm and not squishy and smelly then they have a chance. They may not flower this year, but may grow now, die down and then grow again and flower next year.
I'd give them a chance - what've you got to lose?

Chand. following on from what Dove said & if they are firm give them a soak in some water to freshen them up for planting.
Good luck
Thank you, I have sorted through and thrown a few musty ones out. Will give them a soak and get them out this afternoon if the rain lets up.
