Which caterpillers depend on nettles to eat and I think can not survive on anything else and which butterfly are they? The caterpillers are black

Thank you I always keep nettles in the garden and look out for the black caterpillers
I too have nettles in the garden but the butterflies seem to ignore them. Loads of whites laying eggs on the kale, watercress and nasturtiums though.
