Non flowering Honeysuckle could be because it's a young plant but my guess is that you're giving it too much food as this will give lovely lush growth at the expense of flowers. Try being a little unkind to it for a year - no food just water when dry.
Jeno - I have three young honeysuckles this year, temporarily in pots. The first, 'Heaven Scent' has flowered as it is the right time. The other two are later bloomers so only foliage is growing just now, as I was told it should be. You may have a plant which would not normally bloom for a while yet.
Thanks to everyone for their replys, I bought it about 5 years or so & can't remember the name only that it should flower yellow.I have only just started feeding it & dont water it very often. Its had a good drenching today with all the rain.I also moved it from another position in the garden when it didn't flower there, it's been in its new spot near a wall for 2 years.Perhaps when we get our sunshine back I should give it more water as the clematis next door to it doesn't need watering much.
