Suggestions for fruit tress/bushes for my new plot.

Having just change 1 raised bed to a plot for fruit trees

I now need suggestions for fruit trees/bushes to fill out the area

it`s about 9ft in length & about 6ft wide.

I would prefer not large trees or bushes that spread out a lot

but more so I would say 4ft in height & a span of no more than 2ft wide.

I always liked the look of stepover fruit trees, remember though that whatever you chose, and that it should first of all be something that you like to eat, you will have to leave enough space as not to crowd the bushes as most fruit needs lots of air circulation to thrive.

my garden is not huge but the top part is for my potatoes & runner bears

whilst the low end houses the raised bed for veg & shortly the fruit trees etc.

yes I like the smallish 1`s

I shall have a think of the fruit I love
