Pittosporum help!

bighevsbighevs Posts: 22

Hi, I bought this pittosporum and in hindsight maybe I shouldn't have, there are no leaves on the bottom of i

What can I do to try and make them regrown or will the drastic measure of cutting the height down be too much for it? It's been in the ground since feb and has grown some new leaves since then - but on the top.

Thankyou!

Heather

I would love some of these Heather but the climate here wouldn't. Some of them aren't very hardy and they don't do well in areas which have prolonged cold, wet winters. Could that be your problem there too?

It looks quite a poorly plant. I am not sure if it will sprout if cut back hard. I might try doing that with just one stem but I would either get rid of it or plant something in front to hide the legginess.
