Any Ideas what this plant is called

Hi , Does anyone know what this plant is called ? I bought it a couple of years ago at a boot sale the seller didn't know what it was , it is a really nice plant !

    But it does grow rampant all over the place. It has managed to get itself from one end of my garden to the other end! Keep an eye on it!

    I will , would it survive in a large pot if i dig it up before it spreads ?
