I would love to know what this plant is.It popped up in a shallow window box that is attached to my summer house.There is nothing else in the box except some sea shells.
The photo isn't very clear but I hope that someone will recognise it.

The photo is very blurry as you said but it looks like a wild orchid to me. Lucky you.

As far as I can remember it is just multi purpose compost which has been there for a couple of years.The colour is pretty accurate in the photo.My husband took the photo and he was a bit too close I think.Unfortunately the flower has finished flowering now so can't take another one.
I thought that it looked like an orchid but wanted to know what others thought.
