Rose Jam?

Picked masses of full blown roses today before the weather turns. Thinking about making rose jam, never tried it before.  Anyone been successful?

    Or rose petal wine. I don't make jam, I would only want to eat, but my mum use to make the wine.

    If you go on the web put in allrecipes.com there's a recipe for rose petal jam,let us know how you got on.

     Rose jam is a rose syrup.  Very strong rose taste and perfume. We had it over vanilla ice cream. Defo a girls dish!
