Could it be a coleus?
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Or an Atriplex hortensis?
Would not have said coleus. The leaves are not furry.
I did wonder - can't see ivery fine detail - going to opticians later in the month, overdue for new specs

Think happymarion you could be right! A bit of Google and it could be "Rubra"
I think it's an Iresine, common name blood leaf plant, or beefstake plant, or chicken gizzard.
I had one as a houseplant many years ago.
They are sometimes used as bedding plants, but definitely not hardy.
