Red currants

there are several dead looking leafless branches on my red currant bush although it is laden with fruit. Should I cut out these banches? The rest of the bush is healthy and prolific

    Definitely remove because they can be a site for fungal infection to enter into living wood.

    Have you cut out any old branches? Sometimes the old ones go like that, just cut them out.image
