A new greenhouse in July

My daughter has recently moved to a house with a large and somewhat neglected garden. A mammoth push by the extended family has made significant progress. I have renovated 2 smallish greenhouses. One has a central path with earth borders, the other is entirely paved with a hacked back- not by me-vine whose roots are outside the greenhouse. Can anyone please suggest what could be put in the houses right now? Too late for tomatoes etc. not too expensive and not requiring watering twice a day as busy life style and no irrigation system set up yet
