Overgrown garden and novice gardener!

    The thing is weed killer doesn't work to well on woody stems like Brambles..

    I have had a couple of projects like this kind of thing, neighbours either sidr of me have very over grown gardens and it get so bad as it all grows thru my fences..

     I cut back the Brambles to about a foot then chose to gradually dig them out.. Look out for Sycamore seedlings and pull them asap.. You do not need a forest of 69 ft trees :lol:

    I tend to work near the house first and work my way graduallly up the garden. Most local authorities collect green waste and you will have a lot, a bit too much for a compost heap..  Good luck with it..  I will attack my elderly neighbours garden in September, when growth lessens and its not quite so hot.
