I think the first one is celosia Panda but sorry I can't help with the other.
Second one is a sedum.

Sedums are easy to propagate by division in spring. Many also seed freely around the main plant which you can then pot on.

How long have you had the Celosia? Looks pretty big
It's not mine Matt I believe it was bought from Homebase/B&Q as is and was potted on by my friend I think it's a beaut
