if you have facebook stifyn then complain on their fb page, they respond quickly on there.

  • And looking at their website the P&P for an ordinary order is £4.95 so they're actually charging a premium for their "free" offers!

We had a talk by somebody from TM at our village garden club & he brought along some bare root stuff (all looked as healthy as bare root stuff can do in January) for the raffle.

I was one of the lucky winners and chose a clearly labelled geranium 'Patricia' - selected because I already have Patricia in the garden and think it is a bit of a stunner. My  plants are only a year old and still a bit small for dividing so it was a cheap way to increase my stock I thought...

Imagine my disappointment when the flowers opened a few weeks ago - instead of the lovely magenta flowers of Patricia they were a rather bright pink - very similar to boring old endresii.

I don't think it is endressii (growth habit is not right) so will persevere in case it has other redeeming features, but it is definitely not the 'advertised' Patricia either and not a geranium I would have chosen.

Can't make up my mind whether or not to complain to them about it as it was only the price of a raffle ticket. But this experience (& other comments on this site) has put me off ordering anything from them - definitely not great publicity image

Well, Facebook is obviously the way to go with T&M - well done!

As I don't do FB it's probably as well that I don't do T&M either image

I will take a pic when my hydrangeas come out.

i know you have to treat the paniculata different to the bog standard ones as they bloom on the current years growth, opposite to the others.
