Myriad.

Hello. The borders in my garden are absolutely crammed full of all sorts of plants and flowers the majority of which I have no clue what they are. They all flower at different stages, some have come and gone and some are only coming now. So fair warning over the next month or two I will be asking quite a few questions image

Anyway here's a couple to get started image

Firstly this bush, shrub, plant or whatever it's classed. I love it looks great when in full bloom even though its gotten a small bit out of hand.

 Overall shot.

Close up showing leaves and flowers?

Ok so this one can one can only be described as a small tree. It blossoms with pink flowers which have all gone but three which you will see in the photo bellow.

 Last remaining flowers of this.

Ok so finally (for now) is the following small shrub it's a total insect magnet whatever it is, flowers a very subtle lilac. First shot is overall, a bit tatty as I've been out pulling away the long grass that seems to have grown up through it.

as you can see all the flowers have fallen off now. Here it is a bit closer.

And here are the flowers and leaves up close.

So that's it for now folks. Many thanks. Sorry for all the questions it would just be nice to know what's in my garden. Oh and I have plenty more to come thanks again....... TGGimage

The first one is a hebe of some description. Is the third an olearia?

yep 1 and 3 def Hebes... is no 2 really a rhododendron? Wow! Not questioning it, mind, just asking, it's a genus I know nothing about. I thought that they all bloomed in spring, but then as I said I know nothing much about them! image
