    Fingers crossed for you Pauline. Don't be disheartened if it's only a small or even no weight loss. The important thing at this stage is to concentrate on eating healthier stuff, watching portion sizse and maybe keeping a bit busier to take your mind off food.

    Chances are though that you will be very pleased with the results. image
