X-hose pro adapter?

Hi, i have bought in X-hose Pro in Sweden where i live. I have got an adapter so i can connect the hose to the tap but i also need some sort of adapter in the other end of the hose to connect my water sprayers, high pressure washers etc. Anyone knows which adapter i need ?
