You can't expect the BBC to listen to the public, so why the surprise. Gardeners are second class citizens.

    I love the proms.

Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

Gardeners World has kept going during Wimbledon but Beechgrove has lost outimage.

but much more air time is always given to the sports, arts & classical music during the whole year & we gardeners don`t really ask for much 30 mins each week

really should be more I think.

Gardeners world is my fave gardening program but I would not ignore other gardening shows as I believe if your a true gardener your find nuggets of gold in all.

But St Andrew's is famous for its lawns, water features, all those sandpits for the kids to play in....

We've got the same problem with Australian TV. various football codes take precedence over cycling. The only channel to show the various Tours is our SBS channel.

And now - can you believe that we have that revolting Marco on our Australian Master chef!  He's lucky he's not bending over somewhere close to my boot - he'd kiss the floor!

David I even watch it when Chris Beardshaw's not appearingimage.

I watch every gardening programme I come across and there is always something interesting even though some topics don't really apply to the way I garden.  For example I don't grow fruit and veg but I like to know how other people do itimage
