Hi, does anyone know what this is? you may need to zoom in a bit.

I took this picture a couple of days ago, its a really webbed up cocoon now.

Will it eat my tomatoes whatever it is?

Thanks

It's the caterpillar of the Rusty Tussock Moth, sometime known as Vapourer (Origuia antiqua.)  Their food source is varied but mainly trees and shrubs, so your tomatoes should be safe! image

It likely just chose your greenhouse to pupate as it is nice and sheltered.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
