Honeysuckle

Hi, im new to gardening and need help badly. I planted a honeysuckle some week back and it has been growing fine until last week. The knew leaves at the top of the plant look like they are being eaten, they are full of holes. They wither up and die. I cant see any bugs or anything else that is killing them. Id be grateful for any help.

They don't like too hot and sunny a position James. If you can give it's bottom some shade (and plenty of water as Dave says) it will be happier. They're really woodland plants so dappled light is best. image
