Garlic problem

Hi to Garlic growers everywhere.  My garlic is throwing up a flower head. the bulbs could be bigger for picking. Shall I take off the flower stalk and leave to grow on or lift the bulbs even though they are not a good size.  Help please

    Hi I grow garlic you should take the flowers off and leave them to grow on until they start to die down when they've completly die down then dry them.

    Many thanks for that Logan.  it's either a bunch of flowers but more likely a stir fry.

    You can eat the flower shoot/scape.
