These look like baby caper spurge seedlings, Euphorbia lathyrus. (Another for your collection!)
A weed I suppose, but I find them utterly fascinating especially in flower. At this stage you can transplant somewhere you can appreciate their alien, angular form (about 1m high, winter green, and with a weird green umbrella shaped flower head next summer).
sorry, definitly seedlings but no idea
mark them and let the first true leaves come out any then might have a better idea.
Thank you everyone I will transplant them
I think Will is right, Euphorbia lathyris, caper spurge.
In the sticks near Peterborough
Great thank you it looks like I have loads of euphorbia plants
hope that's good to have in your garden
