PS Daughters best friends Birthday tomorrow, she is young wants to try and grow stuff, have given her tomato plant, and hanging basket, done her a pot of salad, AND she wants a "willy" Birthday cake, have got ingredients, now have to search the old memory Banks, did ask Hubby to pose!.
I'll write it down Nanny, I adapted it from another recipe but was very successful on first trial, in fact I've eaten 7 but they are fruit so its good for me!
Well, done Wonky, that is your 7 a day then. USA guidelines say 5 is not enough. Watching a documentary a couple of weeks ago, by those lovelly twin medics with the unpronouncable surname, Chris and Xand, said the 5 a day guideline came from some Greengrocers Union, not from any health experts.
Really not acceptable Verd. No excuse for badly packed goods. If they're going to send plants in the post, they should be properly organised and prepared. Otherwise - don't do it. Simple
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
