Non flowering Calla Lilly
I have 2 pots of Calla Lillies - one purple and one yellow. I overwintered them in the greenhouse and when they started to sprout this year I gave them both a liquid feed and they are now in the garden growing beautifully in a sunny/shady position. However, one pot has got lovely healthy leaves but no flowers - whereas the other has flowered and is looking great. I have done nothing differently with both pots so why has one bloomed but not the other?

Patience Lynne, patience. Some shoot off, others take their time.
Oh ok - but thought at least it might have shown some signs of flower buds as the flowering season is July/Aug
Mine is only showing leaf at the moment, but I know when it comes into flower it will be worth the wait. Keep feeding and watering, a high potash feed will help(tomato food) and it's been a funny year for temperatures but they always catch up in the end.
