Is this disease?

Hey guys is this a disease on my eucalyptus tree? And if so can anyone identify it and offer some suggestions on dealing with it please? Thanks in advance image Mark.

    I had something very similar on a eucalyptus back in Sydney. The consensus was that it was one of the rust diseases. I treated it with a fungicide.
