It seemed to break last mow. Engine and blade run/start fine. The clutch is the issue, it no longer self propels. If you lift the rear off the floor it does turn the drum but so slowly it won't move it at all when its on the ground. I have adjusted the clutch cable and changed the engine oil (needed doing anyway) neither have worked 
any help would be great

Does it have a belt? It could be worn/loose and slipping when on the ground.
