Help the leaves of my Saliix flamingo is a po tand is going brown dry leaves, I was told it needs lots of water, so I have been soaking it but it still dont look much better, what am I doing wrong??

You're doing right by giving it lots of water - willows need lots and lots. However the damaged leaves will not get better - they will die and fall and new leaves will grow - it'll take some time.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
