Wildflowers

Any help with this green plant in the foreground, part of the same wildflower mix, it has grown in a discrete clump, looks like it is always about to flower but never does?

    Grown as a vegetable by cooks from the Indian sub-continent.


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Sorry, not Chenopodium, their leaves taper into the stalk. Probably an Atriplex, one of the Oraches, but a difficult group to ID.
