Hi, Sorry if im in wrong place!!! but i dug up some potatoes yesterday which have been in veg plot since last spring! they looked fine, but ,can they be eaten?????

I dug the potato bed about 10 days ago and we ate the potatoes that I found in it. We are still alive!
