I am going to start clearing up and neglected area of garden. And wondered what these plants are.

I think the first one is Hemp Agrimony.
agree with fritillary on 1, Eupatorium cannabinum, hemp agrimony
one of the persicarias for 2. Persicaria campanulata maybe.
That last one has a very white underside and I wonder if it's coltsfoot, Tussilago farfara. But maybe butterbur has that as well, I haven't got any to check
